TERMS OF SERVICE - PRIMA FUTBOL ACADEMY

Welcome to Prima Futbol Academy's website and membership platform (this "Site"), operated by Prima Futbol Academy ("Prima Futbol," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site provides access to information about our youth soccer training programs, coaching services, mentorship offerings, and membership options. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this Site and enrollment in our programs.

By accessing and using this Site or enrolling in Prima Futbol Academy programs, you consent to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or programs following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Youth Athletic Training Services

Prima Futbol Academy offers technical soccer training, 1-on-1 coaching, and mentorship programs for athletes ages 4-18. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms of Service and sign any required waivers and liability releases. By enrolling a youth in our programs, parents/guardians represent that they have full authority to do so and accept all terms herein on behalf of the minor participant.

Our services include:

Group training sessions focused on technical ball work and skill development

1-on-1 coaching programs

Mentorship programs addressing mental resilience, character development, and handling competitive pressure

Membership-based access to classes and services

2. Membership and Payment Terms

By enrolling in Prima Futbol Academy, you authorize us to charge membership fees according to the selected plan. Membership fees are recurring and will be automatically charged at regular intervals (monthly, per package, etc.) unless cancelled. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and notifying us of any changes. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension of membership and program access.

Promotional offers (such as 50% off first classes) apply only to new members and are non-transferable. Refund policies are determined at the time of enrollment and will be clearly communicated.

3. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

Athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury. By participating in Prima Futbol Academy programs, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with training, including but not limited to: physical injury, muscle soreness, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries that may result from athletic activity. Prima Futbol Academy is not responsible for injuries sustained during training, competitions, or related activities.

Parents/guardians of minor participants acknowledge and agree that they understand these risks and voluntarily assume them on behalf of the participant.

4. Intellectual Property and Photo/Video Release

Prima Futbol Academy may take photographs or videos of participants during training sessions for instructional, promotional, or archival purposes. By enrolling, you grant Prima Futbol Academy permission to use images and videos of the participant in promotional materials, social media, and website content unless you opt out in writing. To opt out of photo/video use, notify us in writing at the time of enrollment.

5. Content and Information

Information provided on this Site regarding training techniques, program descriptions, coach credentials, and athletic development is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, Prima Futbol Academy does not guarantee that all information is current, error-free, or complete. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of our programs for your needs and the participant's abilities.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt training sessions, facilities, or other participants

Record or broadcast sessions without permission

Harass, threaten, or engage in abusive conduct toward coaches, staff, or other participants

Violate the rights or safety of others

Engage in illegal activity

Post defamatory, abusive, or harassing content on our social media or Internal Social Media Features

7. Account Registration

To enroll in Prima Futbol Academy programs, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Submitted Materials and User-Generated Content

Any feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or content you submit to Prima Futbol Academy may be used by us in any lawful manner, including promotional purposes, provided that personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting materials, you grant Prima Futbol Academy a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use such materials.

13. Parental Consent and Authority

By enrolling a minor in Prima Futbol Academy programs, parents/guardians represent that they:

Acknowledge the risks of athletic training

Authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary

Consent to the use of the minor's image in promotional materials (unless opted out in writing)

14. Miscellaneous
